Madeline Taylor Diaz is a founding partner of Taylor Diaz & Soltis PLLC. Madeline is a leading expert on representing children in their applications for immigration relief.

Prior to founding Taylor Diaz & Soltis, Madeline was the Manager of the Detained Children’s Program and a Supervising Attorney at Ayuda, a non-profit providing immigration legal services to low-income immigrants.
Madeline received her B.A. from The George Washington University and her J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America.
Katherine Soltis is a founding partner of Taylor Diaz & Soltis PLLC. Katherine is a leading expert on representing victims of trafficking and other crimes in their applications for immigration relief.
Katherine is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and several regional anti-trafficking task forces. She previously served as the Policy Committee Co-Chair for Freedom Network USA, a national alliance of anti-trafficking organizations. Her work has been published in the Anti-Trafficking Review, the AILA Law Journal, and Think Immigration.
Prior to founding Taylor Diaz & Soltis PLLC, Katherine was a Supervising Attorney at Ayuda, a non-profit providing immigration legal services to low-income immigrants.
Katherine received her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
